We want you to love your Glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your OLEHENRIKSEN purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 60 days of the purchase date. Please note that items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS or USPS return shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack the items in their original box or any sturdy cardboard shipping carton, ensuring the prepaid return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
